Our clients were in the process of relocating from CA to WA, and we carefully strategized repairs, pricing, and timing over several months. While they were finding their replacement property up north, we maximized market exposure and received 4 offers, all above asking. We negotiated for a quick close to give them cash to put towards their next house, and a free rentback that let them stay in their CA house for almost two months to give them time to pack and move.
After working together for nearly two years, we finally found the perfect fit for our first-time homebuyer in Petaluma. There were multiple offers and rounds of negotiations, but we put together a winning offer and quickly went under contract! During escrow, we still managed to negotiate repairs at no cost to our client, and a credit towards their closing costs. They closed quickly and now are moving into their forever home.
