Listing Process
Representing a homeowner is a responsibility that we don't take lightly! Our systems are designed to make selling as seamless as possible during each step of the process: before you list, while on market, and throughout escrow.

Pre-Market Prep
Our journey begins by signing a listing agreement. After that, we will advise you on what pre-market repairs & updates make sense for your budget & goals, and begin market research to determine an appropriate listing price. We will also help schedule inspections, prepare disclosures, design marketing materials, install signage & lockbox, and pay for professional photography. We'll be there to guide you at each step, and make the process as smooth as possible.

On Market
Once your home is live on market, we'll be working around the clock to make sure your home is well marketed. As a multi-generational team, we know the importance of in-person marketing (open houses, agent networking, neighborhood door knocking) as well as more modern approaches (social media ads, landing pages, and a beautiful MLS listing with pro photos!). We'll also be tracking all buyer inquiries and keeping you informed about any interest and feedback we receive.

Escrow & Close
As soon as you receive offer(s), we'll review the terms of each contract with you, and provide advice on how to respond. We'll also guide you through any negotiations and keep the stress levels down! After you're officially in contract with a lucky buyer, it's our job to ensure that all timelines are met for a smooth and efficient escrow. We'll be communicating consistently with the appraiser, title/escrow officers, inspectors, and the buyer's agent/lender, all the way up to closing day!
