Our Story

We are Yarbrough Realty Associates, a mother-daughter real estate team based in Sonoma County, CA.

Our journey together started in 2022, when Mia passed her licensing exam to join her mother, Jackie, in the real estate industry. The timing was excellent, as Jackie also qualified to start her own team under eXp Realty that same year, based on her sales volume. We knew that we could provide elevated service to our clients if we joined forces: combining Jackie's wealth of knowledge and experience with Mia's tech-savvy marketing strategies and customer service experience...

We also knew that our values were well-aligned: both of us operate with high levels of integrity, honesty, compassion, and hard work! We have witnessed many people have had less-than-ideal experiences with realtors. Our goal is to always guide our clients well, so they walk away from each transaction feeling empowered and informed.

While we had never worked together before, we decided to take the leap! It took time for us to figure out how to compliment each other's strengths and collaborate effectively, but it was the best decision we could have made. We love working together!

Since starting Yarbrough Realty Associates, we have been growing ever since, with our annual sales volume and transactions increasing every year. More importantly, we continue to hone our craft, and provide additional resources and knowledge to our clients. We are proud and honored to serve a wide variety of clients, with different backgrounds, price points, and

real estate goals. We find our work incredibly rewarding, and plan to continue growing for many years to come!

Our approach to real estate is based upon our principles of integrity and compassion. We understand the hurdles and complexities that come with a purchase or sale of a home; not just the financial elements, but the emotional ones too.

We have worked with first-time homebuyers looking for a new place to plant their roots, single parents who are establishing a stable life for their kids, retirees who are seeking their forever home, relocation clients who are moving to be closer to jobs/families, veterans that need guidance on the specific resources available to them, LGBT+ couples who are searching for welcoming/safe community, and more.

Why We Love Sonoma County

As residents of Sonoma County for nearly 20 years (living in Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, and Cloverdale) we know, love, and cherish this region for so many reasons; particularly the local communities and small businesses, incredible food and drinks, and the awe-inducing nature that surrounds us.

It is our joy to help clients move in, out, and all around this area, and help them identify what towns and neighborhoods will suit them best. Living in such a beautiful area is a privilege that we do not take for granted, and seeing others find their home and community here is one of the most special parts of our job!
