Growing up, Maheshwari always knew she’d be in the a part of a field of that dealt with homes or home improvement. She was led to enroll in a set of real estate classes and upon completion of the semester, she worked hard towards taking the board exam to earn her license. Maheshwari also has a background in interior design & has worked in home staging for six years! Her experience in the design field allows her to bring attention to detail and creativity to the table. She works hard to sincerely understand her client’s needs, communicate honestly & promptly, & find solutions. She is also multilingual and fluent in Hindi and Gujarati! 

 

Maheshwari has a first-hand understanding of how financially and emotionally significant buying/selling a home is, especially for the first time. Influenced by her own family’s hardships as first-time homebuyers, Maheshwari is motivated to provide a positive and integrity-based experience for her clients., She and strives to provide the service that her and her family didn’t have but wished for. Maheshwari really values holding her client’s needs in high regard, giving them the space and resources to make the decision that’s best for them. Maheshwari’s path to this career was also inspired by her role models and mentors at Yarbrough Realty Associates. Resonating with the level of care, consideration, and diligence given, Maheshwari knew this team would be the perfect fit for her. Outside of real estate, Maheshwari enjoys practicing martial arts, spending time outdoors with her dog, cooking with her family, reading books, & watching movies. She’s committed to expanding her knowledge base so she can offer quality service to her clients and aid them in making well-informed choices. Her goal every step of the way is for her clients to feel comfortable asking questions and making decisions at their own pace.
