Whether you're a first time homebuyer, seasoned investor, or anything in between, buying a home is no easy feat! But you don't need to be an expert to buy a home, you just need to hire one to guide you through the process. We have worked with a wide variety of buyers, and some of our specialties are outlined below.
First Time Homebuyers
Most of our buyers are first timers! Buying your first home can seem like an intimidating process, but we pride ourselves on being approachable, always available for questions big & small, and helping our buyers avoid red flags and common errors along the way. We've also had great success with negotiating excellent terms for our buyers, including lower purchase prices, credits for closing costs & interest rate buydowns, flexible timelines, and more!
Relocation Buyers
We've worked with buyers who are moving from other counties, states, and even across the country! We originally moved to California from Vermont, so we know the challenges that come with a big move. During your search, we'll educate you on the various cities & neighborhoods here, schedule tours for when you can visit (or do virtual tours!) and will be your boots on the ground for each step of the escrow process. If you're selling your home in another area, we can connect you with an excellent local agent too.
Downsizers/Upsizers
Whether you're looking to downsize or upsize, we've got resources for you! Buying and selling simultaneously can be a logistical nightmare in the wrong hands, but we've done this before and will make the process as smooth as possible. We'll coordinate timelienes for your sale and purchase, negotiate a rentback for you if needed, and help connect you with any additional resources needed along the way (decluttering, estate planning, trusts, etc.)
